Xylan® is a premium, solvent-based fluoropolymer thin-film topcoat applied to heavy-duty fasteners to dramatically enhance their lifespan and performance. U-Bolt-It applies this advanced coating to a wide variety of industrial-grade materials to provide exceptional lubricity and extreme corrosion resistance. This specialized coating is specifically designed to significantly improve the make-up and break-out torque of the bolts, ensuring smooth installation and removal even in severe service environments.

Technical Specifications and Performance

Xylan® coatings provide an incredibly reliable barrier against the elements and extreme friction. When applied properly, these coated stud bolts deliver the following performance metrics:

Optimized Basecoat Applications
